I've turned in Kyr'Ozch Rank Identification yesterday, and got 10 tokens, so the "no tokens" part can't be correct for omni at least.

I've definitely gotten tokens from the clan guy too... though that was in 15.8.3.0, so if it was broken it should work now. (You get a system message saying something like "side tokens: 0", but if you r-click your token board, you'll see the correct number just fine...)

yeah, and when you use them on the petrifiect hecklers in pande, a door opens in sector 35 that leads to a tunnel that brings you to the cellar of camelot castle, where the galactic gem dungeon is... beware, 25% gas!
