It's very usefull item, but it's looks like you fogot to add PSYHOLOGY skill modifier.

Modifier:
Mech. Engi 75
Elec. Engi 75
Quantum FT 75
Weapon Smt 75
Pharma Tech 75
Nano Progra 75
Chemistry 75

Psychology is in the same place where is Ranged Energy skill in Composite Ranged Expertise buff :P
