I was told, it means what it says, but i see no difference, all tabs are still present on this.
And about the Weapons, viewable in soz mode, where i have to equip something in social tab hands, to hide the weapons in social mode - is this gonna be changed ?

The tab will never disappear even if not selected the actual tab will always be present.
Yes, if you want to switch between the different modes you will have to do so in the options menu.
