As of last patch on Testlive, Bull's Eye has been changed again. After it already hit Live.

Altered version of this is on Test.

It is now:

-350 dodge
3s recharge
18s duration

Which is a lot more reasonable I think.

Now, would you guys please take a look at other retarded nanos, that have the effects of Bullseye if not worse than Bullseye on some professions, and consider 'altering' them too please?

I'm talking about Remedy Inhibitor, the nano which does things that are not even in the description, and messes up *all* our defenses for 35 seconds instead of just some dodge for 45 seconds. Ideally, you 'alter' it so it only does what is in the description. Other good ways to 'alter' it would be adding a 3s recharge, lowering the duration to 18s or even less, or raising the NR check.

I'm talking about Grand Theft Humidity, the nano that punishes you for having a faster nano tick. A good way to 'alter' this one would be to make it (instantly) meep down the victim's nanopool to zero, and after that remove 1k nano every 5 seconds from the victim. And then remove the -nanodelta part. Another good way to fix it, would be to instantly meep down the victim's nanopool to zero, whereafter you increase the time between each nanodelta tick with a massive amount, like this perk does: Disable Natural Healing. Addendum: Maybe increase the recharge time on it, too, so it becomes less spammable. Because as we all know - spammable nanos, will land.

50-75% change on actual heal and Nanoskill reqs also, if we're going to be daft. Some of us hate having BM IP'ed. :x As for RI, I'd be more worried about the Walking D-Sharks, Lupu. WTB D-Shark with recycle modifiers that factor in actual skill values. (No Offense to FX and his D-Shark Adv ofc. ) GTH? Can't say I've been a victim, but had enough Anarchrist's/Ruby's whinging to have a vague idea of how crippling, or as some imply, "overpowered", so I'm in favour of something to that effect. Disable Natural Healing however - I'm fence-sitting on that one. (Baby Enf ready to level, I'm likely biased already. ;p)

Sure adjust OFITG to have a lower NR check while you remove the CH blocker on RI and il be happy, i don't mind having to cast 2 nanos instead of 1...

Oh did i mention that RI more or less IS the soldier nemesis nano?

Traders have the meanest nemesis nano against soldiers so i think its only fair we have a good one against agents ^^

Right sir, consider learning how to alpha an agent without using RI please. It's very possible, Xtersoold even perfected the art.

Another hint: pop Might of the Revenant when you alpha that agent so he can't stun you during hotswap.

Walking dsharks pose no threat to me really as long as they don't fux my CH up.. the only time they come even close to killing me is when they land RI (and then I run run run forrest run). Fixing the dshark is a topic for another thread.

I did not mean to ask for a nerf on Disable Natural Healing. It is fine at the moment and certainly not overpowered. What I meant, is that GTH can (should?) have a similar effect to your nanodelta (instead of making it all negative).
