I'm putting my twinking spreadsheet up for public consumption. If you're happy with the current tools you have for planning a twink session then this probably isn't for you. However if you like to be able to see things a little differently ... or easily save your settings and view them while editing a new set ... this might be valuable to you.
While the preset data is geared towards endgame toons, I think that the sheet will probably be more useful for lowb twinkers. The reason is fairly simple: with a few exceptions a 220 toon can equip QL300 symbs pretty easily these days. Lowb toons will just need to know their unbuffed ability scores and base (without trickle) treatment/complit and/or nanoskills for the sheet to be useful.

The sheets included:
* Introduction and changelog
* Information on QL250+ Symbiant requirements and availability
* Information on L200 and 220 Ability and Skill caps (only covers Treatment, Comp Lit and nanoskills)
* Information on Ability -> Skill trickledowns (used to create the formulas in the twinking sheet) and IP cost (provided for convenience)
* Twink Sheet EXAMPLE
* Twink Sheet BLANK - used for starting new calculations.
File Format:
It is an Excel spreadsheet, but it should work in both Google Docs and OpenOffice if you prefer those. The main disadvantage to using Google Docs (and hence the reason I didn't just post this all there) is that Google Docs doesn't seem to support cell protection and that makes it too easy to accidentally goof up your data. Google Docs also doesn't support the custom colors I have for some reason, nor does it support text angle formatting. If none of those bother you you could easily upload this to Google Docs and work on it from anywhere. But I think most people have access to a local Office suite of some form that will work better.
You are welcome to use this sheet as you see fit, including posting contents verbatim, so long as mention of the original author and this thread are given so that people can track down the original version. The copyright notice in the 1st sheet gives more details.
