Howdy,

As the old thread's author, Snurre, has not posted in at least a year & the links in his/her great post point to an old, albeit wonderful, database that is unavailable...possibly forever. I have taken the liberty to create their post again with links to a currently working database.

It has been reported by Grafter combined with Escritores most non Place Holder (PH) mobs now have a % chance to spawn every 20 minutes. More feedback on this & other updated information is appreciated.
