OTPC: Omni-AF announces new Deputy Head and Soldiers in 29487.

In a private press conference at lunchtime today. Omni-AF Head Lt. Gen. Robert Rosuma announced the appointment of his new Deputy Head of Omni-AF and a new type of Omni-AF Soldier.
Rosuma commissioned the "Riot Specialist" as a counter to large scale gatherings, specially outfitted with devastating nanoprograms and advanced knowledge of dispersal tactics. He said that "The Riot Specialists are a new wave of military assisted law enforcement, taking Omni-AF to a plateau of multiple offender confinement, detainment and ultimately justice. Their insertion will only be made if absolutely neccessary, where sheer insurgent numbers may overwhelm any normal Omni-Pol officer. They have been outfitted with multi-target cybernetic enhancements along with various other classified technologies. My newly appointed deputy; Bahirae meticulously oversaw the project from design to completion."
While there were no Riot Specialists present at the press conference. Lt. General Robert Rosuma assured us that they would be out in force soon.
The newly appointed Deputy Head of Omni-AF Bahirae Serugiusu was however on hand to answer questions in relation to the new Specialist project. She admitted "It's good to be back in the field, at the forefront of Omni-Tek protection and ultimately defensive technology to protect our people against the ever growing clan threat."
We went on to ask Ms Serugiusu if she could detail us on any of the technology behind these new Riot Specialists. She declined to comment.
