Tattoo's of Min-Li Jiu & Eric Miller
Well, Tattoo's of Min-Li Jiu (Omni, Neutral) and Tattoo' of Eric Miller (Clan, Neutral) are similar. Huge melee buff + MaxHealth and MaxNano.

Type: Tattoo's of Min-Li Jiu
Color: Trying to remember... (Icon is buggy)
Side: "Not Clan" (Omni, Neutral)
Pros: MaxHealth, MaxNano, Excellent Melee AC

Type: Tattoo's of Eric Miller
Color: Trying to remember... (Icon is buggy)
Side: "Not Omni" (Clan, Neutral)
Pros: MaxHealth, MaxNano, Excellent Melee AC

Versus Obtru...
Comparing QL 120 of these Tattoos to QL 163 Obtru (same requirement for Sense:
Obtru set minus helmet: Melee AC=1959, Imp/Proj=2241
Vs.
Min-Li Jiu, Eric Miller's: MelleAC=2425, Imp/ProjAC=1400 AC.
So Melee is much better on tattoos, Projectile on Obtru. So depending on how much the extra HP helps you, you may want to keep a set of Obtru for RK (if it remains wearable for Shade)
However, Shades can use Spirits and Nanos to get higher Spirits on to raise Agi and Sen more so likely, this is a conservative comparison.

Ectoplasm, Entophagous, Sombreous
However, the remaining tattoos for the Clan, Omni and the Any side are very different from each other.

To take 3 similar sets, these all have Piercing, Sneak Attack, Fast Attack, Melee Energy(for some reason), Duck Exp, Nano Resist, BM, Conceal, and all ACs of course:

Type: Ectoplasm
Color: Dark Brown
Side: None (neutral, omni, clan)
Con: 80% lower stat bonsues (80% lower skill bonuses, slightly low energy AC
Pro: Slightly higher Rad AC than Entophagus, Sombreous

Type: Entophagous
Color: Bright Red
Side: Clan
Con: VERY low Egy AC, Slightly less Melee AC than Somb
Pro: 300 health at ql 300 (Ecto, Somb have none), 17% more melee AC than Ecto

Type: Sombreous
Color: Light green
Side: Omni
Con: VERY low Egy AC, no extra health
Pro: 20% higher Melee AC than Ecto
