If I read the database correct, it should be something like this:

    Tier1: Melee -1 .. -1 - Health, recover 70%
    Tier2: Melee -921 .. -921 - Health, recover 70%
    Tier3: Melee -1873 .. -1873 - Health, recover 75%
    Tier4: Melee -2750 .. -2750 - Health, recover 80%

Destinies - 191 - Opi Agent Gimp - Ancarim Iron Legion

I have just started using Dimach and i am not too impressed, I am using Sigd III daggers and with dimach i am only hitting for 8 - 24 points of damage, this is pretty crap at any lvl!?!?!

Any ideas why it might be like this, or does it really need loads of IP? It is at about 100 at the moment and i don't want to waste more IP on a skill that hits about as much as a stray fly and that i need to wait 5 mins before i can poke them again.....

I found that dimache was something best used at higher levels when you have spare IP. I don't think I raised it until around 207, but now it's doing just over 1k with a 700ish heal. Not stunning by any means, but every bit helps.

Merissy, go into chat options and turn on "Other hit by nano", you'll see the real damage done by Dimach. The melee damage is only a tiny part of the damage dealed.

How come i am never able to use mine, it always says it must be used after a martial arts move or something?? I am using silvertail daggers is that why? do they need a dimach ability or somethin?

  11. #11
The weapon needs the specific attack listed in the reqs in order to use it. If there is no Dimach ability listed in the weapon req then you can't use the Dimach attack. This is true with any weapon and ability (Fast Attack, Brawl, Aimed Shot... etc)

I read this many many times... but i cant understand it.

whats this mean? What is a Tier dimach livel?
The % mean that if i am at 30% and i recover 70% i will be 100% with a dimach?
Which database you are talking about?

    thank you in advance

    Tier2: Melee -921 .. -921 - Health, recover 70%

means with 1k+ skill you hit the target for 921+ dmg gaining 70% of the damage delt back in hp

so if you hit the mob for 921 dmg you gain 644~ hp from it

So, i understand all thats said on the tiers of dimach, what i don't know is what skilllevels are the actual tiers at?

For instance, opening Backstab Crit mod, you need 421 skillpoints in sneak attack.
Thats the kind of info i need.

    Thanks in advance

For what regards the nano part (which is the one that gives you the heal), it's:

    • First Tier: Dimach Skill=1: Hit Target for 1 HP MeleeAC while recovering 70% - Dimach Skill=1000: Hit Target for 920 HPs MeleeAC while recovering 70%
    • Second Tier: Dimach Skill=1001: Hit Target for 921 HPs MeleeAC while recovering 70% - Dimach Skill=2000: Hit Target for 1872 HPs MeleeAC while recovering 75%
    • Third Tier: Dimach Skill=2001: Hit Target for 1873 HPs MeleeAC while recovering 75% - Dimach Skill=3000: Hit Target for 2750 HPs MeleeAC while recovering 80%

In each tier, actual damage is interpolated between the two given extremes.

Something that is a bit strange with shade dimach is that while it says for example 1000-1000 dmg, there's usually a range of about +/- 10% on that damage even in pvm on stuff without layers/reflects.
