How to get doc armor
First you need to camp for Omni Armed forces armor each piece can be converted into omni battle med.
You can aquire DNA locked superior sentienl armor from the Wailing waste clan OP. Some pieces such as gloves and sleeves can be obtained by killing lower level field commanders in the lower half of the OP, But for all the rest you are going to have to kill off LV 225 or higher. High commanders Fielding and Hoover have droped random bits of these armors, but not on a 100% drop rate. Fredrickson (lv 300 commander) drops random parts aswell as 1/2 of the quest for AF body armor(head of fredrickson).
Smug (another lv 300 mob) also drops random bits and pieces of armor aswell as the other 1/2 of the chest quest (silver platter). Smug also drops a book that can be traded to Supply Master Eel for the AF helm.
Now that you got yer AF armors you gotta make a visit to Supply Master Eel in the Omni OP located in Avalon (Marked by Dovves as Secondary base) Once you trade him the DNA locked superior sentinals armor he gives you the matching AF piece in return. After collecting your AF you need to talk to a doctor NPC in the same OP (Dr. Steven Hendrickson i think was his name). This guy is kinda tricky to get to talk about the doctor armor but its there. Once you find the options to get the armor quest he will tell you he needs AF armor and certain rare Instruction disc.

Vaccine of Divestiture for Helm
Life Channeler for Sleeves
Uncontrollable Body Tremors for Pants
Wrack and Ruin for Boots
Alpha and Omega for Chest
