be the team leader, and right when the boss is about to die, type /team loot leader .
probably piss some ppl off, but it'll work.

/team loot leader before the boss dies is always effective, but you won't be making many friends with it.
just make rules in your team, such as one person loots boss, and puts it all in chat. And everyone can ask for items, and if multiple people want you can always helpbot roll for them. BTW, you should be in groups that you can trust too, if your in groups where people will just Ninja Loot the entire boss, then maybe you should evaluate your selection of team mates.
