Tank armor vs cloaks .

When nano penalties were fixed a few patches ago could Funcom not have envisioned that EVERY tank armor user would switch to Cloaks ?
Now we see high level soldiers , enforcers wearing cloaks as well . Every one is looking the same . Besides from the fact that this has cost alot of IP points this looks very boring .

Why need a full set of nice looking armor if it is all hidden under a cloak that everyone has . And why would tank armor have a nano penalty at all ? It doesnt seem to offer any big bonus over cloaks .

A small point but it is sad you guys overlooked this.

And now it is even worse because almost everybody and their dead family run around in Senpai/Hanshi coats
Which dont have any penalty and one q90 Primus coat are better that Q140 Nano cloak. (FAs syndrome anyone? :P ).
I thought from start that Tank armor would be best then would come Nano and Biomech and after that you would have those Senpai/Hanshi replicas.
But i gues that FC dont think this way
