If you are doing 250 brain on trox, a full reset into sec. genome, enhance DNA, combat knowledge, first aid and genious will be neccessary.
you also need: fly catchers specs, burden, intel/psy belt (doable with the outzones belt, but you need org contracts in intel then)
ql 250+ intel in eye and ear, you cant add in headslot naturally.
aqua gloves.
Bellum chest.
VTE's
aqua memory
Intel guns.
bracer of foc. concentration.
I cant recall if you needed 1 ring of computing + 1 teardrop / eye of the evening star ring for the agi or if you could go 2 Rings of computing...
rest of the spots are needed for agi items IIRC, been a while since I did brain on myself.
I can make a more exact post as I am twinking the brain onto a friend later this week, but I am sure the number cruchers of the forum will assist you before that

On solitus you don't need any special items although a ring of computing helps.
3 weeks of perk resets and its done.
