Due to the low adoption rate (and the fact that it's working in any case), further development on AOIA has seized.
The last release contains:
* In-game /summary to list your character credits and locations (where you last logged off)
* In-game /WP for waypoints to your characters
* Tracking of credits on GMI
* Notification of sale on GMI
* Supports both Auno and AOItems
* Can import from the old AOIA
* Can right-click to rename backpacks
* Can right-click on items to search AOGMI.com
* Multiple dimension support (test server / beta / live)
* Can list buff items (mainly items for 220 alpha / CL twinking)
There may be a final update to replace AORipper, Will rewrite it if I have the time, as Demoder declined to share hers.

I highly suspect this is more related to the wild growth of forks and a lack of clarity towards the community on which version they ought to use.
Considering AOIA has always been a vital tool, I'd imagine usage would significantly spike if effort was made to reintegrate the forks as well as promote them from their own thread with download links in the first post.

Are you vhax/vhaxx by any chance? I got an xml file for the project.
Also, if you are, http://www.aodevs.com/ returns an error while http://aodevs.com/ does not

I have no idea what is the latest and "best" version. I'm ready to update from clean board, but tracking new versions isn't easy as they end up posted single link in some thread.

Absolutely, I haven't tried your latest version as I am still using the old engine on Live, plus I am not the best beta tester of new stuff.
So, is your "latest version" in your signature relatively "ready to use" by the non-coder players?
Thanks for all your work.
Emma
ItemAssistant++ is a lifesaver. It is working for me with the old and new client!
If i could request a fix, please make the filters on the buffs page work

Remember that this is the legacy "Item Assistant" (with or without any plusses)
This thread does NOT pertain to IA:Light ( http://forums.anarchy-online.com/sho...Item-Assistant ), as the codebase is different.
Both are hosted on www.AODevs.com

Ok, see, that doesn't make it ANY clearer...
I've just downloaded the light version (vaguely confused at the different tabs and look, but getting on with it...) off your sig, but your sig says light is the latest version of IA++... I'm probably more confused now than I was! lol.
On the plus side, I've got through the majority of my main chars and banks and look forward to finding the symbs I KNOW I have for my new guys lol.

Ok, well, anyway...
The offer still stands for hosting it at AOU. We do get a wider clientele...
