Hmmm why dont just do this... for example:

When a person *From any side* shoots for example a neutral guard that person gets PvP tagged and opened to PvP by any player the same side of the guard...

Example: Omni player shoots neutral guard... he is can be shot for a period of 4 hours by any neutral player in his pvp range.

Example 2: Neutral player shoots Omni guard... He gets PvP tagged and can be shot by any omni player in his pvp range.

BECOUSE, there is just TO damn much that needs to be sorted out fist!

Basikly guard killing is such a minor problem its not even worth considering as of now...
Maybe when the game is running 100%, and when there is balance, and when the end game is improved. then maybe it would be worth the time it takes FC to code and test it.
But even then, i would rather have new items to toy with or new places to go to, new bars to visit ect ect ect.
