Keep the nanodelta the same or ideally get it to a change nanodelta = 0, reduce the tick nano drain by a factor of 10, double the tick ammount and half the tick interval.

So doctors would lose 100 nano every 2 seconds for 1 minute (total of about 3k nano loss) and not be able to regain it naturally for that minute.

Now im not sure how much nano the average doctor has these days but I assume 3k isn't so much that its completely devastated but at the same time enough to be an issue in intense casting situations, specially with no natural regen.

same thing for nt's but they'd still lost in total a large ammount (think it comes to something like 13k nano lost in the 1 minute) but at the same time they tend to have more non natural ways to regain.

Course im sure that will still cause people to complain and such.
