First of all, TL5s already use dread weapons, DB2 pistols, and inf dyna weapons. These need to be made a lot better if they are intended for the level ranges participating. Remove lame prof locks too

Well, if you look at the stats, none of those weapons are OPed at TL5. In fact, they are average. The MR req is nice though ... maybe that's the point.
... but, I bet they are tradeskilled with tradeable parts from the S7 aliens, meaning you can farm parts with your S7 twink, trade to your TL3/4. Change your 'tl5' to 'tl3' and I think you have a stronger point. Really, the skill reqs are pathetic ... MBS of 1200? I doubt a twinked TL5 toon would use these weapons. It's pretty clear that there are drawbacks to using these if you are TL5. There are cases where they are nice, but they aren't twink weapons, that's for sure.
The prof locks are strange. I don't see the point of these unless FC wants to keep certain weapons out of various profs hands.

BTW what makes you think those weapons drop only in S7? They could also drop in S10.

Advys can cap the JEPP, which has the SAME FA recharge. With very little FA support.

First of all, a 220 adventurer has 320 higher base fullauto skill than a 220 doctor, and access to artillery symbiants and EOE. (Along with the higher add damage to make it viable in PVM and higher AR for PVP).
Secondly, if you don't understand the specials forumlas, don't bother posting ignorant comments about doctors having 11s FA on some gun that isn't ingame yet.
