    Can we at least have this changed to 1 minute until rebalance is complete?

    -250 evades for 5 minutes is so ridiculous man.

    I typically resist that nano 10 times b4 it lands. They should lower the def check and reduce the duration

    Duration will be 10 seconds after the (so called ) re-balance, NR check 80%.

    Yeah, but rebalance probably won't be for another 3 years. Would be nice if they lowered duration down to at least 1 minute before then.

    Only if all the other stuff that everyone else wants immediatly is done now as well, which would be most of the rebalancing.

    But yeah, give fixers a bit longer being able to do something to others just a short while longer!

    A bit ironic coming from a class that also has a 5 minute, unremovable debuff






    (and also a 2 minute, 1.5 minute, and 1 minute unremovable that all stack with the 5 minute debuff).

    Good point. Remove them all. Licc is really annoying though. Look how big forums blew-up when Agents got Bullseye that has like 1/25th the duration and people have to deal with running around BS for the entire round cause the first thing fixers do when they see anyone is spam LICC on them. Not like they have to fear any consequences from running around spamming crap the entire time unless an NT happens to be there.

    1 1/2m -400 ints
    2m -250 ints
    6min -250

    5minutes of -250 ints is far different from 5 minutes of -250 evades.

    But fix them too.

    Yes please. 5 min duration on LICC is so incredibly ridiculous ugh, other 5 min lesser annoyances are MP dominates and I suppose the crat -250 init.

    If there's some sort of QQ about a lesser duration or whatever, then add it to a virus scanner or something ffs, 5 mins is too damn long.

    Yes well, unlike fixer, an agent will hit their opponent for 30% HP every 11s whether they land their evade debuff or not.

    and the agent will also die 1 on 1 vs almost any prof with any form of perk or nano init debuffing or heal incapacitating. A fixer can just meep or outrun anyway .

    Change evade debuff line to debuff fixed amount of evade/dodge/duck/AAD for 15s in random order. That will make it feel more like a hack, being tactical weapon while still having its purpose and not being completely useless. Fixer (for now) still need these debuffs to be able to hurt some dudes.
    Taranide 220/30 fixer RK2 and now also RK1! Wait a second...
    Might have other characters too but I'm not so sure, always leave them camping something and there they are for few months.

    very interesting and irrelevant, fixers have aimed shot as well as agents with burst fling AS to go along with it, not to mention alot more effective AR.

    Oh and if a agent AS spamming bothers you, as an engi, no amount of rebalancing is going to help you.

    bump for shortening the duration in PvP... as IRT, MP debuffs and all debuff over 1 min.

    Well it's used for PVM as well, so why not leave it as it is? Just cause u pvp people cry about it, doesnt mean it's a bad debuff in PVM! Leave the buff as it is, and lower the def check on it instead!

    I do wish it would remain 5 minutes for pvm, I have no qualm with it dropping to 20seconds (not 10, 10 is too short) for pvp because currently it looks more and more like fixers won't survive longer without having to run away.

    But casting it every 10 seconds during a beast fight is going to suck
