Wish it did, but would be OP if skill lock mod did effect it.

I don't think a set of paramedic is worth the trouble of getting it. CfB, the Elysian Protector's Cuirass and some predator parts or some Miy's parts really aren't bad. At level 175 upgrade the Elysian Protector's Cuirass to Breastplate of Azure Reveries, maybe get some Omni-Med or Omni-Pol armor parts. Send Irna or Cutup a tell ingame if I'm on and you need some help getting the armor, those are the characters I usually play with.
