    Question Time limit for reclaiming items?

    I once ordered a free item from the Item Shop while on newbie island, but did not leave straight away leave island to claim it from mail terminal.

    I'm not sure if it was a account-wide or per character item, but would a "once per character" item ever time out while in mail transit?

    Items mailed toon-to-toon expire after 7 days; items from the Item Shop have been reported as available a year later.
