Took advantage of the fall subscription offer on two accounts and the only thing added were the Funcom points and subscription time.
I did not gain:
ICC Peacekeeper Armor
Stack of 20 Instant Grid x 2
Stack of 10 IP Reset Points x 2
Phrasefront Kananmuna (Southpark's "IT")
Expansions I already had of course, and I still had Instant Grid and IP Reset Points from the Hardcore Pack.
Any ideas or should I shoot off an email to customer service or do an in-game petition?
