    Is SL statics chest loot affected by Fixers' B&E?

    I'm interested to know if Fixers with high B&E could get higher nodrop armor from SL statics' chests.

    edit: do Agents in FP Fixer benefit from the B&E bonus?

    Statics - no, pulled SL mishes - yes.

    Agents do not get B&E bonus in FP.
