Twinking on Combined Mercenary Sleeves ql 225

Hi guys.

I am a leve 150 opifex martial artist looking to equip combined mercenary sleeves ql 225.
What items and buffs and perks and research would help me get those damn things on ?
i`ve been mashing my brain for a week now and i can't do it.

I have a full set of symbiants treatment 1188 on me right now so i -assume there is nothing better then that to put on so i can get more strenght stamina.

That opens up higher level adrenaline device, QL 290-300 or whatever bracer of striking force.

There are actually oodles of items that will help, here's a few:

miy's tank boots
nova Dillon gloves
miy's tank chest
miy's cloak melee probably decent
Ljotur's pants
ring of essense/ring of endurance
nova Dillon helmet
QL 10 concrete cushions
QL 160 concrete cushions
QL 100 ultra's (pistols)
level 2 health attunement device
might of the revenant
barrow strength
QL 190-200 infantry chest symb
QL 200-230 right arm/left arm implants
QL 180 infantry waist symb -> QL 200 waist implant
Carbonum holster

Those are easily enough to get sleeves on.
