    Equiping a higher lvl soldier

    I donno guys but I have yet to roll a Novaflow, a portable man lazer, or a Flashpoint. I spam endlessly to buy one but it seems that no one has one. Is there some shop that sell ql 125+ items that I don't know about or does this game totally lack in game content?

    Ps. Why does the mission terminal give so many crappy items to go get. Does anyone here think that sitting in front of a mission terminal for 2 hrs trying to get a mission fun??
