After several attempts, and a massive manhut, Corporal "Dondo" Darling and myself located Stefano in Rompa. Using non-lethal methods, we subdued and handcuffed him. As I was escorting the suspect to our holding and interrogation facility, he made a break for it and entered the 20k Whompa. By the time I caught up with him, he had been killed by local wildelife. Following standard procedure in regard to wanted criminals, his reclaim should be forwarded to an Omni-Tek prison facility. I've turned this case over to Omni-Admin for summary judgement and sentencing.

Even as the technicians began to program the reclaim system to redirect Stefano's life force into a cell bright red flashing letters appear across the screen "Access Denied. Security Clearance not approved." accompanied by a female voice speaking said words, claxon alarms ringing before the entire process is aborted and a male voice takes its place, resounding through the room. "Do not attempt to tamper with things you cannot possibly understand or control. You Omni-Pol worms will soon enough learn your place. Any attempt to touch the Wraiths will result in the death of the offending officer. You are merely writhing in a grip you cannot break. I will see you all on the streets.
