Taxi Service Idea...

I know you guys did take out the Taxi service , but I got a better Idea for it. Why not have it to where if a person wants someone to drive them somewhere, just have that person team up with the owner of the vehicle, and he will be in the owner's car, and the owner will take him to where the person wants to go....

actually i've seen a taxi in-game...looks pretty cool, you can find out just outside Tir arena by the mission terms on a "landing platform"

also, did they raise it up there for just to keep people off it, or block entrance? Or only for those who has vehicles?
