What does determine the base ablity beside the treatment?

as a *general* rule

shining decides, if no shining then bright decides, if no shining or bright then faded decides.

Sometimes I put a useless cluster in just to get the req I want (making it not useless).

You should max stamina anyway for hp!

noooo... Nano Nanny should only be used for cluster placement, imho. Get Implantdesigner to find out skill requirements and attributes of certain implants.

why do you say that stitchings? I noticed that nanonanny is very accurate in all BUT telling you what you will gain.

The skill req all seem in good order to me. I have never had an issue with it. If there is a different program out there though would you please link it for me. I am always willing to look at a new 3rd party. When was the last time you downloaded NN? I think it looks a damn sight better than it did when I first got it.
