Add ip reset

With all constant nerfing and changing of weapons and stuff there should be an ip reset u could use anytime. Just take of all your armor, belts, weapons, implants and stuff, hit the ip reset button and reset all your ip. I see no reason why not to. Would make game a lot more interesting as u could try and change weapon/armor whatever to try new things whenever u want. As it is now u have to make a new char.

yeah and btw givme that buffed lvl 200 GM character .. i have afterall payed for the game..
