Greetings all neutrals, there is rumblings of life from the neutrals on rubi 1 and some sort of unified voice is forming. It was decided that a forum for neutrals not affiliated with any one news site or guild site should be created and so it was. If you are a neutral on either server please stop by and say hello. We need a home when we aren't in game, with luck this will flourish into it. Please, the forum was just made, so its a bit ugly and rather barren, please don't let that discourage you from using it. It will be improved soon.
