Char lvl and professional title

when i got to lvl15, my professional title changed to "worker" and i started to receive 10k IP per lvl, i've now reached lvl40 and am still a worker, i'm asuming that when my professional title changes again i will receive more IP per lvl, if this is correct, could someone tell me at what lvl will the next increase be???? as i was hoping it was lvl40 but disappointingly it's not........
