Can you put in stores/shops with Surgeons who can charge us to get a face lift, just recreate the face picking terminal from the creation rooms, and charge like at a mission booth for facial surgery. Maybe put a couple of these places in seedy areas in the neutral zones.

Maybe allow people to change their height/weight also, also for a charge for each use.
