I had that before this patch. Close your minimap window and reopen and it comes back.

Yes i'ts been fro a while, i didn't notice it at first cause i tend to keep PF map closed untill i really need it, but yes, close and open it or zone and it comes back.
Hum guess I just never noticed it even though I always have my PF map open.
i've had the same bug for a long while too, except i only get it on toons over 200
