When I fight tracers how do they heal 50%?
I know its 1k heal but...... If my max hit on them is 1.7k, work it out.
Or does this have to do something with "hp bars being bugged"

Healers are annoying bastards.
If you don't kill em with an apha strike you never will.
1k heal and 700 first aid maybe, but bugged hp bar sounds also possible
I thought they reflect not % but damge written that what they said atleast in some 13... patches.
