I cant find nuts and bolts.
The guide i'm using says that he is supposed to be in agean, around 715, 665, but i flew all over that area for quite a while last night and couldn't find jack.
Anyone have any specific info on where he is?

Wartorn Valley, usually east of the ruins.
Your guide has got you screwed, Nuts & Bolts only spawns in Wartorn, just like Reality said.

Yea, the guide is screwed. I figure'd it out, but thanks for the info anyway.
The guide i'm using is a pretty good one, but it seems like that little detail is screwed up. But what do i expect from an omni guide?

Well, to be fair, I see how an omni might make that mistake...
After all, the E gate exit of old athens says 'Aegean' not 'wartorn valley'. The person that wrote the guide probably wasn't aware that Aegean was the next zone over..
