I thing that has been really getting to me is that there are a ton of good ideas that people have on these forums, but it's seems like they are never heard. I know that the mods try and pass it on to the dev. team, but we never get a response as to what is going on. We are in the dark right now on when the next patch will be, what it will contain, what new stuff shadowlands will contain, etc.

That is why they should add a new forum where the developers would read/ respond to threads. They could get ideas and feedback from players, and actually keep us informed. The board should be strictly moderated because the dev. team has worked very hard, and doesn't deserve the flames that they would get otherwise.

I think that this would help make people happier with AO if they knew what was going on, and that they knew that someone might see their great idea.
