Perhaps each server's exchange forum could be split up in several different categories, such as Weapon Forum, Armor, Nano Formulas, Rares, and so on. In my opinion this would greatly alleviate the problem of the insane post turn over rate and the constant need to "bump" your own posts up to the top in order to get the noticed by readers. This way someone who's selling his or her weapon collection would post it on the "Weapon Exchange" forum, and someone who might be interested in buying a weapon would more easily spot it.
