Ok I have heard alot of people complain that one of the problems with Neutrals is they cant attack other clans and corps or help out another neutral if they are not being attacked also they can't hire them selves out as body guards assasins and so forth because of that. How about this option give neutrals the ability to be temporarly hired to one group or the other that would truely make them neutral. And would keep them from being able to run around killing everyone in site.
