error getting valid dimensions from the dimension-server

i'm getting this error when i first load the launcher. is this a common problem, and what should i do to fix it?

Got the same problem, tried downloading new dimensionservers.url from funcom and other players. still dont work :x

OK installed from both SL box and AI box now, same problem--dowloading the AI install from Funcom now to try .. :x

Alright, after manually creating C:\Program\Funcom\Anarchy Online\cd_image\data\launcher\dimensions.txt taken from dimensions.anarchy-online.com:80/new-dimensions/dimensions_v2.txt i can now access the dimensions

Now next problem: An error occured; couldn't dowload patch!
When i hit the patch button on launcher or manually paching via the EXE file..

AnarchyPatcher.err says:
