A chance for an engineer PVP gun! repent!!

Dear Uaint,

Please ask for the weapon "Xan of Greed" in the latest DB to be changed to 1800 shotgun requirement and get AS added. It will work for engineers in both pvp and pvm thanks to uber min damage and crit, we have perk support, and the mods are great for engineers as well.

That would be better, but I thought it even less likely than this one. FC's policy seems to be that if it would work, we can't have it. *shrug*

Yes but as I pointed out, they are going to be doing balancing soon, means acknowledges that there is problems with the support profs in pvp. So giving it to us as a short bandage thats going to be removed once our toolset gets fixed is a good idea.

Uaint, just because you were once told we'd never get AS isn't a reason not to ask for it. Please represent engineers by asking for what we've been told we can't have.

That pistol (Xan of Lust) with AS would give us AS more powerful than QL300 KEC3 coupled with our >3k AR aMEP. Yes, I would like this, but no, I don't think I should get it. I think a 2 handed AS weapon makes more sense for us. Gief shotgun.

Haven't engis deserved there AS gun after years of messing around with crappy bots, crappy guns, item swapping, high nanoreqs on nanos, etc...

jeez, give AS on shotgun already so I can start playing my engi again.

Ofab Hawk didn't replace onehander, Blaze Dot didn't replace AS guns for docs, stun procs didn't make pistol the best choice for pvp crats. FC has never offered anything truly competitive to AS for support professions and I wouldn't start holding my breath now.

ok, i made the request of changed reqs and added AS on it.
This time, when you DONT get AS *AGAIN*, it would be appreciated if you started to understand that we are not getting AS.

Have faith in our dev team, it only takes them such a ****ing long time to address our weapon problems, because they want it to be perfected. Seriously.

Also, tech has been talking to them, so it might take another 2 years , but eventually, we will get a Tarzan pet and a elephant gun that shoots peanuts through the trunk.

Nevar. Not until something is introduced which I could reasonably consider discarding AS for. That means some way of reliably inflicting massive damage regularly.
