- only 3 or 4 nanos in your NCU actually has borders
- Inherited bug: "hostile" nano only means you can't remove it, not that's actually hostile and deserves red border. Examples: perk related nanos, HI brood champ nanos

I was all excited thinking that new icon color thing meant that all of my MP debuffs wouldn't have the same logo and color.
Then I realized the dev's chose an alternative. Make all the icons look like ****.
I hope its a mistake, its the same icons that were called an "oopsie" on test.I hope these werent ment to make live in this state...
