Current changes:
My suggestions:-Cushion Blows: Increased to 10pt damage shield
-Personal Protection: Increased AC buffs to 130
-Destructive Signal: +15 to all damage, changed to type 1
-Endure Barrage: Increased to +500 ac
-Energy Transfer: Increased to 75pt damage shield
-Joint Discharge Array: Renamed to "Reactive Armor," changed to a 675pt absorb shield, changed to type 1
-Drone Missiles: Removed taunt
Personal protection: Combine all your crap buffs in here just so we can say we have them, make it 1% reflect +75pt damage shield +500 ACs, there done.
Cushion Blows: 100pt absorb shield (lowbie version of endgame proc)
Drone Explosives changed to type 2 (this allows engineer to run both nuke procs at once)
Reactive Armor (formerly Joint discharge array): make the 675pt absorb teamwide, the original proc was supposed to be team damage shield (though it only worked on self)
Energy Transfer: Changed to either a copy of a trader health drain, or a copy of a fixer hot proc. HoT is in engy toolset the same way absorbs are (which is to say, only via biococoon perkline) and it's not any more powerful than 13% reflect.
Endure Barrage: 200 NR instead of AC
Destructive Theorem could be changed to buff all inits instead of just ranged, I mean I know it's not engy toolset but why leave out random melee engineers what difference does it make.
Changes to Drone Missiles and Destructive signal are good enough already. That sorts every engy proc.
