I have the totals for everything somewhere around here or if someone's bored they can type it all out again. But I'm curious to know what you guys think so far about ...

Thermal Reprieve - Doesn't Grant Layers
Harvest Energy - Has an incorrect NCU req

Type 1 Procs
Piercing Shot: +5 Nanopoints 120 hits 15 second delay
Feedback: Not needed, nano shortage isn't a huge problem for us atm.
Thermal Exchange: Better AC/NR/Health Buff
Feedback: NR buff is nice. Ac's are ok, not great, and health buff is ok.
Source Tap:Nanopoints +102 240 hits 15sec delay
Feedback: Again, not really needed.
Accelerated Reality: Nano Init Buff (600)
Feedback: Nano init is good, we'll take it.
Type 2 Procs
Increase Momentum: NanoC Init 200
Feedback: Looks pretty nice. More init isn't a bad thing
Disrupt Reality: Small ac/nr/health buff
Feedback: Are these numbers really correct? 17 to ac??? Pretty useless as a special
Harvest Energy: Nanopoints +102 240 hits 15 Sec delay
Feedback: Ncu cost is bugged at requiring 521 ncu. Again, not a special thats really needed.
Layered Amnesty: Layers
Feedback: Should be a layers that casts, although the proc action seems to be borked atm. It's casting a nanopoints buff again. This special could be a good one if the values are good and its a self refreshing layer, thats one of the things on our wishlist.
Looping Service: -22% nanocost
Feedback: Not really needed, most nt's can cap cost fairly easy, might be nice when using deck nukes at lower levels.

Thermal Reprieve
I had a lot of trouble with this proc. It does not work, and it is bugged. The yellow type one proc does not appear, and it asks for a hostile target. I had someone sit in Tir and be the target of the proc so that we could figure out what it does, but the proc wouldn't land there either.
Is it possible that it is related to Layered Amnesty being bugged as well?

Overall Impressions:
Perks/Procs:
Overall, as far as perks go, they made a semi-decent attempt to improve the nano-technician. The init procs certainly, are VERY nice. I don't mind the NR/health procs that much, since they do help in PvP, as well. The cost proc is definitely not needed, as most NTs are capped anyway. Hopefully the absorb auras that we seem to have will work in the future, as these seem promising. I feel as if a better attempt could have been put into some aspects, perhaps a heal proc or two would have been nice, to even out our abilities. The nanoticks are ok, but not needed, as most NT's nanotick/nanodelta is already through the roof. Instead of adding to the outstanding abilities we already have, I would have liked to have seen:
a) a heal proc or two
b) an offensive proc, perhaps +dmg%; or a proc nuke
Research Lines:
On the plus side, LE does make it very easy to cast IU full def, and perhaps SI as well. This in itself is very nice, given we got over 1200+ nanoinit from research lines and procs alone (another +125 if you include ofab boots). We got pretty decent ability boosts as well, I'm pretty happy about that addition and look forward to seeing what difference it will make putting in symbs. The nanoprogramming is just NOT needed, just wasting research line space. BM is also next to worthless for NTs aside from buffing, and it its not needed. Rather I would have like to have seen the BM go into MC/TS/evades instead. I don't mind PM/SI being boosted as well, since our calms rely on those two. The rest of the additions I am quite pleased with, so no qualms about the rest really.

Ya, I spent a good chunk of yesterday talking to nt's (obviously) about the exapansion and their thoughts and it seems like a couple of the specials are borked or seem like they will be borked once they are trained so as many examples and things we can have ready for FC when they come through and pick up the bugs the better.
P.S. I hope everyone is having as much fun with this crap as I am. I spent half of yesterday on alien missions and half on Battlestations. 800ish vp's so far....

Just something i noticed while playing with research on my nt, these are fired by mobs hitting you, which obviously isn't ideal. However they also fire on debuffs, so is it not possible to change these to proc on an NT's offensive nanos, in much the same way the other profs work?

Well that's a nice workaround i guess but, it would be nice to have it working in a more ideal fashion, i'm sure NT's cause plenty of headaches for the devs with all this nano nonsense (Where do i find my NT a good sword btw?  )

Have to say though checking specials/mods so far nothing looks too uber. Some more nanoinit is nice i guess, though main use for it is on IU and when i use it i can just go little higher then full def (as in im soloing and have NS on). No idea about that layer special, but 200 sh nanotick once per 15 sec aint exectly gonna make major difference (equals to +30 nanodelta basicly).
The new nukes/scheol nano are nice though.

Yeah considering mobs/players kill NTs the fastest of most profs, these shouldn't be linked to us "getting hit".. Guess I'll be casting some .5 recharging nuke on myself to fire the procs
