    GUPH are all over 200 as far as I know and they're located in zones with zone wide low gas like Stret East Bank.

    I don't think the "My Other Shirt is QL 300" pops out of the containers. According to this DB entry, only the ql 300 shirt has a 16 or 17% chance of popping out.
