nano recharge and casting time on procs

well since my old thread got removed. it makes my procs unusable in pvp. if you have multiple init debuff running the cast time of procs increases.

also the recharge is evil for ppl who already have almost 12s recharge on their heals.

pls fix this.

since my keeper has like 0 nano init.. and he has to be full def all the time, it takes like 5 seconds for my procs to fire off...

the exact same behaviour is actually the problem of our ma skills:

upon a wave of summer
Bright, Blue, Cloudless Sky
and Shen

any chance you can fix these along with the procs lokta?

Aren't "upon a wave of summer Bright, Blue, Cloudless Sky and Shen" more like perks than procs? Procs fire off automatically. These need to be activated.

they are useless with the recharge.
