I have concluded that if a soldier manges to push up over 18.5-19.5 (pending on reflects) he will see the highest dmg possible from specials (exept FA) hiting him.. after that it will only be benefital to have more HP.. (reflects are still there.. you just wount notice them kicking in untill 18ishk HP or if you have cocoon) ^.^

Sorry about that.. the limit for PNS is
18800-20800 depending on if your using reflect bracers or not.. If you get ower 20800HP only FA will hurt more and more for awhile but AS will hit 8320 and no more.. so having max HP+reflect bracers > Normal HP+Dmg bracers ^.^

at 19k hp pre-null dont do anything to prevent a capped special to get 40% of my HP, nor did at 20k hp
