Runtime error with patcher?

Is the server still down or something, whenever i tried to patch it give me

Runtime error

I am using win7 64
phenom x6 OC 3.8hz
4gb ram
Radeon 5850
running no raid on 2 HDD 1 TB ea.

AO is installed in the (86x) folder.

Sorry if this isn't in tech but this problem only exist on this patch from 18.3.14 to 18.4.

Sorry can you delete this, i actually fixed the problem. I didn't realize i am in locale in japan. So my / signs are actually Yen sign which the program did not recognized. (but it is weird that i could install the game and previous patches until now)
