have done 2 dailys since and only received 3407 SK for each mission, is this correct?
The total needed to ding to 201 is 80,000 SK, the daily SK seems very low.

Most likely due to very low faction, get your faction up a bit and it should be better

That assumes that they're affected by faction like SL mob SK is. If you look at the DB rip the daily missions (and Doja chips, which use the same reward item) use a % based reward. The % also decreases as you go up.
The gap from 200 to 201 is a 10% drop in XP/SK. At level 200 dailies give 30% of a level, at 201 they give 20%.
Chances are that's what you're seeing.

Did some calcs, look about right...
Daily reward for level 200 is 16,000 SK, and that is at full faction(ie. 50k). OP had 11k, so have to factor that in:
16000*11/50 = 3520 SK, which is pretty close to what OP reported
Something to consider while levelling...daily mish reward for level 199 is around 22mil in XP, which is around 22,000 in SK. If all you're doing is daily missions for research, then its more efficient to do them at 199 than at 200 to 203(Level 203 daily mish reward is around 23500 SK). This is assuming that you have full faction too, which some peeps don't have at that level, otherwise, you'll have to hit higher SL levels to equal the daily mish reward from 199.

Believe this may be wrong. At level 199, dailies give 30% of a level. It drops to 20% at 200, 19% at 201.
